We started on the study of Zechariah last night. We, meaning Koinonia, my Small Group from Barker Road Methodist Church. Koinonia means fellowship in Greek I think. Will need to ask veterans from the group like Mark and Kevin Cheng, or my friend the Internet!
Handsome (Kevin Yap) was leading. Hence, hilarity was all around. The quote for the night. "This commentary is not bad la, but you have to eliminate all the la-la-la, la-la-las to get the main points!" I know Sandra was amused!
Handsome is a great guy, funny and sincere. Clearly a man who seeks after God's heart, in his own charming way! Thank God for him.
Isabel's role in Koinonia is clearly the musician, and I think I'll happily hold on to that role. Bible Study leading for me is too harrowing. I end up trying to translate EVERYTHING into Singlish!
One day la, when I'm feeling mature and stable enough, I will try to translate the Bible into Singlish, but first, let's study it in English!

How big ah, I dunno leh. We have 5 services. Maybe a few thousand. What's your friend's name? I attend the SHINE FORTH service which is at 10.30 am and we're in the ACS auditorium
he is teng siong. i doubt he attends ur service though..he is old man(haha!)..i bet he go for earlier service coz older ppl need lesser sleep.
No, sorry, I don't know any Teng Siong. How old EXACTLY is he? And is he an ACS boy? Will have to ask Mark, one of the old timers in Koinonia. He probably knows him.
