Pharyngitis

Didn't make it to Agapella last night, got hit by a bout of pharyngitis in the afternoon. Sigh. Isabel doesn't believe in flu shots anymore! Isabel now believes FIRMLY in brushing your teeth THOROUGHLY and gargling THOROUGHLY after a spicy meal. Maybe, it's time to exercise the Cantonese gene in me and drink more soup. Mum, can i get some watercress soup please?!?!
