Have started on a new TVB serial rented from the Video Store.
Au Revoir Shanghai. I like it. I think I like this 30s Shanghai genre. It's quite romanticized, and it's got the East-West elegance. The French elegance and Chinese pragmatism. Nice!
It's teachers' day today. Reflecting on some of my teachers. I was blessed to have a good "repertoire" of teachers. Both in school and in life. I do thank them and raise a glass to them. (figuratively of course)
