One day on facebook, I saw two women discussing about a decision between an engaged couple.
One of them said "Hmmm... If he can't give in before marriage, I doubt u will get ur way after tat" followed by an implication that if the man gets his way, he will need to compensate the woman.
Two words! So calculative!
If people have attitudes like these, I can see why marriages are viewed as a power trip. A control game. And how one's egos are valued above all else.
*shudder*
I really hope these two women were kidding....
