In the middle of 2009, I made two friends at work. They're both from the Philippines. One's from Cebu, the other's from Nueva Vizcaya. They've both been a blessing to me at work and we've shared lots of eventful experiences together. The good, the bad and the ugly. It's been a blast working with them!
Sadly, the party has come to an end. And one of them is heading back to Cebu to have a well-deserved rest back home. She's laboured hard and had to battle a miniature Voldemort at times.
She's taught me a lot. Just by example. Her sense of style, her generosity of spirit, and her gentleness to others. I will miss her smiles and her wit. Heck, I'll miss ALL of her.
