November is ending. It's been a busy month! Have been meaning to post the pictures from my Hong Kong trip in October, but there are just too many to pick from.
I'm grateful that my health is better. Had a really bad asthmatic episode early this month. It was terrible, felt so short of breath and had to take many doses of medication. It even crossed my mind to get admitted to the hospital. I used my spacer and that really helped I think.
Come to think of it, I think it started while I was in Hong Kong. The air is really quite polluted there, and I had to use my puff quite a bit. I will definitely be back to visit, I like the city. However, next time, I will bring masks when I go out to the streets.
So, my voice has been hoarse for the last three weeks with all that coughing. It's starting to get better now, and am really grateful for that.
Will have to look into pulmonary rehabilitation so that my lungs are stronger.
Work has really kept me busy. Not just the hours I spend there, but my mind seems to have trouble shutting down even when I'm not with the kids, I think about them when I'm home too. Maybe, I'm becoming a workaholic!
Intend to post again soon when I have sorted out which photos I want to put up.....
